Order

You can order around the clock on this website. As soon as you have confirmed your order and received a confirmation e-mail, the order is binding for you. We reserve the right to only deliver the goods that are effectively in our stock without further notice.

Costs

All costs are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) and contain 2.4% or 8% VAT, respectively. Our VAT number is CHE-108.019.245.

Shipment / Invoicing

Our shipments are restricted to Switzerland only and are invoiced in Swiss Francs (CHF). We globally charge CHF 12 for shipping and handling. Payment in advance.

Withdrawal

We want our clients to be satisfied with our shipments. Therefore, you can return any goods purchased in our shop within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first in order to arrange the modalities of withdrawal. Afterwards, please send the goods adequately stamped – best in original packaging – to the supplied address.

The shipping costs will be reimbursed if the goods were delivered in a damaged or deficient state. Otherwise, the shipping costs will have to be born by you. Thank you for your comprehension.

If the goods have been used, the following applies:

After a period of 14 days we will not take them back any longer.
In case of return within this period, we reserve the right to charge an adequate sum for the use of the goods, if the goods show clear signs of use. Please observe that no sealings may be removed (e.g. protective foils of books/CDs).

Guarantee

The guarantee period is two years, if not stated otherwise in the sales documents. Batteres are exempt from quarantee. The period of guarantee starts on the date of shipment. The shipping note is considered as guarantee certificate.

In case of guarantee claims, please contact us first in order to arrange the modalities of return. Damages due to changes or repairs by the client as well as wear, force majeure and disregard of operating instructions are exempt of guarantee.

Final Clauses

In case of disputes, Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is 3000 Bern.
